These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Blysk Zyskura ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our analytical interfaces, software components, APIs, and automated market observation tools accessible via our website and designated subdomains.

1. Scope of Platform Services

Blysk Zyskura provides automated market analysis software, computational indicators, mathematical models, and algorithmic execution frameworks configured to process public digital-asset, foreign exchange, and equity market information. Our platform does not operate as an investment exchange, custodian, broker-dealer, or asset manager. We provide software-as-a-service analytical tools enabling users to automate their own trading hypotheses through independent third-party liquidity providers or broker integrations.

2. Eligibility & Permitted Access

To access and utilise Blysk Zyskura, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into these binding terms;
• You are not a resident or national of any territory subject to United Kingdom, European Union, United States, or international sanction regimes;
• Your use of automated analytical software conforms to all applicable national, regional, and municipal laws and financial regulations.

3. User Account Responsibilities

Where registration is required, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current operational information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform credentials, API secrets, multi-factor keys, and account tokens. Blysk Zyskura shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect critical credentials. 4. No Investment Advice or Fiduciary Duty

Nothing published on Blysk Zyskura—including computational back-tests, probability distributions, automated signals, calculator modules, or technical charts—constitutes personalised financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. The platform functions strictly as a technology interface. All operational choices, order parameters, leverage choices, and trading executions remain under your exclusive control and discretion. No fiduciary relationship is created between you and Blysk Zyskura.

5. Proprietary Rights & Acceptable Use

All intellectual property rights associated with Blysk Zyskura—including but not limited to proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, mathematical routines, brand trademarks, and documentation—belong entirely to Blysk Zyskura or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the software solely for your personal trading evaluation.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source algorithms from the platform;
• Use high-frequency automated scraping scripts or Denial-of-Service attacks to disrupt server integrity;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security firewalls, token authenticators, or rate limiters;
• Re-distribute, resell, white-label, or sublicense analytical outputs without our express prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of England and Wales and relevant international jurisdictions, Blysk Zyskura, its affiliates, directors, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, nor for any loss of capital, profits, business opportunities, data integrity, or trading positions arising from:

• Market volatility, liquidity freezes, exchange downtime, or execution slippage;
• Software latency, calculation variances, internet transmission failures, or scheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorised third-party access or compromise of third-party exchange API keys.

In no event shall our cumulative aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Blysk Zyskura for platform access during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Modifications to the Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, endpoint, or analytical metric of the platform at any time without prior liability. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of Blysk Zyskura following the publication of revised terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated document.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their interpretation, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in London, United Kingdom.
